Integrity and Legality
We operate in compliance with applicable national and international laws, rules and regulations.
We reject any form of corruption, bribery or unlawful conduct.
All activities must be documented transparently and in compliance with tax, accounting, and administrative regulations.
Each Recipient must diligently ensure that they are aware of the laws applicable to the performance of their duties, as in force from time to time, and the rules and principles of conduct contained in the Code of Ethics, and must ensure that the risk of non-compliance or violation of the laws and regulations in force is eliminated or in any case recognized and limited to a minimum.
Respect and Dignity
Every person must be treated with respect, regardless of role, origin, gender, personal and social conditions, religious and political beliefs, opinion, or orientation.
Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior of any kind, or violations of the personal dignity, privacy, or personality rights of any individual, are not tolerated.
We promote inclusive, welcoming, and safe environments. Human resources management is based on respect for individual personalities and professionalism, within the general framework of current legislation, thus improving the competitiveness and human value of each member of the company’s workforce.
A culture of respect is also promoted in interactions with the public, in digital contexts, and in visual and promotional communications.
Transparency and Communication
Internal and external communications must be clear, truthful, accessible, and consistent with company values.
In carrying out their duties, each Recipient must conduct themselves in a manner inspired by transparency and moral integrity (taking into account the various social, economic, political and cultural contexts of reference), respect for the laws, codes, and ethically recognized values such as honesty, fairness and good faith.
Each Recipient undertakes to inform and communicate with the Company, its employees, collaborators, and stakeholders in a transparent, truthful, and clear manner, without violating the principles of transparency and good faith and in compliance with the requirements of completeness, truthfulness, and accuracy of information. Specifically, each Recipient is prohibited from:
communicate in any way untrue facts, data, information;
omit information whose communication is required by law;
conceal information, data, facts in such a way as to mislead the recipients thereof;
obstruct the performance of controls within the remit of members, other corporate bodies, or public supervisory bodies.
The communication of scientific or health data occurs only if validated by reliable and authorized sources.
Recipients must maintain appropriate documentation of the main operations performed. The archived documentation must allow the underlying reasons and characteristics of the activity performed to be verified at any time.
The Company requires the correct maintenance of company books and accounting records in compliance with all applicable regulations.
We encourage active listening, constructive dialogue, and respectful discussion among all parties involved.
Confidentiality and Information Protection
All confidential information obtained in the course of business must be protected and not disclosed without authorization.
WOMA protects personal data in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Health and safety protection in the workplace
Regarding the health and safety of its workplaces, WOMA implements the necessary measures to protect the health and physical integrity of its employees and collaborators, respects the principles of health and safety in the workplace, and complies with current safety regulations.
Each Recipient is required to exercise the utmost care in carrying out their activities, strictly observing all safety and prevention measures, in order to avoid any possible risk to themselves, their colleagues, collaborators, and the entire community.
Conflicts of Interest and Relationships with Third Parties and the Public Administration
Employees must avoid situations in which personal interests may interfere with those of WOMA (for example, situations such as the clear or hidden existence of economic and financial interests of staff and/or their families in supplier activities, use of information acquired in the performance of work activities for their own benefit or that of third parties in conflict with the interests of the Company, abuse of one’s functional position to pursue interests conflicting with those of the Company, etc., may give rise to conflicts of interest).
Any conflict, real or potential, must be promptly reported to the competent corporate bodies.
In relationships with customers, suppliers, political institutions, public administrations, and, in general, third parties, Recipients must not promise, accept, or offer gifts, gratuities, benefits (whether direct or indirect), or acts of courtesy or hospitality that have a quality or value exceeding normal commercial practices, local customs, and ordinary courtesy, or that are intended to obtain preferential treatment or other undue advantages in connection with WOMA’s business operations. If gifts, gratuities, benefits, or acts of courtesy or hospitality are offered or promised to Recipients, they must promptly inform the relevant corporate bodies, who will decide on the admissibility of the offered or promised gifts. Recipients must not offer or promise – and if requested to do so, they must promptly communicate the circumstance to the competent corporate bodies – to partners, customers, political institutions, Public Administrations and, in general, to third parties, gifts, gratuities, benefits (both direct and indirect), and acts of courtesy or hospitality that exceed the limits, or have the characteristics, indicated above.
WOMA’s relationships with national, EU, and international public institutions, as well as with public officials or public service representatives, or bodies, representatives, agents, exponents, members, employees, consultants, those in charge of public functions or services, public institutions, public administrations, public bodies, including economic entities, and public entities or companies of a local, national, or international nature, are maintained by each Recipient, regardless of their function or assignment, in compliance with applicable legislation and the principles defined in this Code of Ethics, based on general criteria of fairness and loyalty. In managing relationships with suppliers, commercial partners, and consultants, the Company undertakes to pay compensation exclusively commensurate with the service specified in the contract and not to make payments to parties other than the contractual counterparty.
It is forbidden to finance political parties, candidates or movements;
Sponsorship and donations
The Company may make sponsorships or donations to support non-profit organizations. The recipient of the sponsorship or donation must be chosen based on the desire to promote the Company’s image or on a humanitarian and collaborative spirit. Sponsorships or donations must be managed in compliance with legal regulations.
Anti-Money Laundering and Competition
The Company requires compliance with current anti-money laundering regulations. To this end, Recipients must verify the identity of customers, suppliers, and external collaborators in advance to assess the counterparty’s reputation and ensure the legitimacy and legality of the relationship.
The Company and the Recipients undertake not to behave unfairly towards competitors.
Quality and Professionalism
We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in every project, event, and initiative.
Continuous professional growth is encouraged as a tool for excellence and innovation.
Staff regularly participate in mandatory training sessions on compliance, responsible communication, and sustainability.
Application of the Code
All Recipients are required to comply with this Code of Ethics.
The Company is committed to making the Code of Ethics known to all Recipients and ensures the widest possible dissemination of the values and principles contained therein, including through the promotion of specific training initiatives.
The Code of Ethics will be brought to the attention of third parties who receive assignments from WOMA or who have long-term relationships with it, through publication on the website.
Any violations will be promptly assessed and addressed according to disciplinary or contractual procedures.

All reports are handled with absolute confidentiality, ensuring protection against any form of retaliation, penalization, or discrimination.
The Company shall apply, consistently, impartially, and uniformly, sanctions proportionate to the respective violations of the Code of Ethics, in accordance with the sanctioning systems established by applicable regulations. Any conduct by collaborators, consultants, or other individuals having business relationships with the Company in violation of the provisions of the Code of Ethics may result in termination of the contractual relationship, without prejudice to WOMA’s right to claim compensation if such conduct results in damages for the Company.
Entry into force and updates
This Code of Ethics is approved by the Sole Director of WOMA and is published on the company website https://womaforum.com.
Any future updates, due to regulatory changes and/or evolving civic awareness, will be approved and promptly distributed to all Recipients.
