WOMA S.r.l. with registered office at Via Felice Casati, no. 32, 20124, Milan (MI), Tax Code and VAT no. 14051850965, hereby represented by its Sole Director Mr. Eugenio Lafratta (hereinafter, “WOMA“), in its capacity as organizer of the event “WOMA 2026 – Inspiring the WOrld of PharMA“, currently scheduled for June 25, 2026 in Milan (hereinafter, the “Event“) and to be held at Allianz MiCo Milano (hereinafter, the “Location“) has adopted the following general conditions (hereinafter “General Conditions“) for the purpose of governing the purchase of the related admission tickets.
The General Conditions are supplemented, in addition, by the Regulations of Allianz MiCo Milano
1. Purchase
- Portal
Tickets for the Event can be purchased online through the website https://womaforum.com/ (the “Portal“).
Access to the Event is permitted only to those who are in possession of a valid personalized admission ticket.
In order to make the purchase through the Portal, it is necessary to register by filling out the relevant form.
Before making the ticket purchase, it will also be necessary for the buyer to have read and accepted these General Conditions, which will be submitted to him/her during the purchase process and will be downloadable through the dedicated link. The General Conditions will always be available for consultation by the buyer at any time on the website, in the dedicated section.
Tickets may be sold individually or in packages (the “Corporate Packages“). The Corporate Packages are reserved exclusively for the buyer’s employees and may not be assigned to customers, suppliers and/or potential customers, without the prior written consent of WOMA.
- Purchase Confirmation
Subject to successful payment, the purchase process is concluded with display of the purchase confirmation and receipt of a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during registration, containing a QR Code.
In case of non-delivery of the confirmation email, please check the junk mail (spam) folder.
The delivery of the ticket takes place at the outcome of the purchase procedure in case it has been successfully completed and, in any case. It is possible to receive assistance by writing to info@womaforum.com.
The ticket is personal and the buyer/participant shall bring it with him/her and show it at the entrance at the Event.
In case of Corporate Package purchases, the buyer shall designate a contact person and an e-mail (the “Contact Person“), who will be responsible for filling in the details of each participant. The QR Codes will be sent by WOMA via e-mail to each participant.
2. Tickets
- Duplication/Falsification
WOMA is not responsible for any attempts to duplicate/falsify tickets. Scanners at the entrance read the QR Codes of the tickets and guests will not be able to re-enter using the same code. WOMA is not liable in any way for any access to the Portal by anyone other than the account holder without his/her consent.
- Loss/Misplacement/Theft/Transfer
In case of loss, misplacement, theft, deterioration and destruction of the ticket, WOMA will not replace or re-issue the ticket.
The ticket is strictly personal and may not be assigned, transferred or given to third parties for commercial, advertising or promotional purposes.
Tickets included in Corporate Packages are not transferable to third parties outside the buyer’s organizational structure, such as customers, suppliers or potential customers, without the prior consent of WOMA.
Change of ticket names is allowed up to 10 (ten) working days prior to the Event and can be done through the Portal.
- Ticket Availability
The availability of tickets is limited. Effective availability reported on the Portal.
- Payment methods and prices
Ticket prices are as displayed on the Portal at the time of purchase and do not include VAT.
Payment can be made by [credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
To request an invoice for the ticket purchase, the buyer shall request it during the buying transaction. Should the invoice be needed later, the buyer can request it writing to info@womaforum.com
- Withdrawal and Refund
There is no right of withdrawal from the purchase of tickets made online as this is the provision of leisure services for which the supplier undertakes to provide such services on a specified date or within a specified period (Art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005).
In the event of a supervening inability to participate in the Event, the buyer may only request reuse of the ticket for the next edition of the Event, provided that such inability is communicated to WOMA at least 72 (seventy-two) hours in advance of the date and time of the Event.
Failure to attend without notice (no show) does not entitle the buyer to a refund or reuse of the ticket.
- Access
The ticket allows attendance to the Event on the day and at the times specified on the ticket. The ticket holder is obligated to retain the ticket throughout the duration of the Event.
- Sale of tickets
The sale of tickets by the buyer is strictly prohibited. Except as expressly provided otherwise in these General Conditions, tickets may not be resold and may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances or circumstances.
3. Access, behavior requirements and prohibitions
- Access Requirements
All buyers/participants, at the time of registration or otherwise as a result of any inquiries made in the Location by WOMA designated personnel, must provide truthful information about their identity and activities. In case of false statements, the person concerned will be liable to prosecution as prescribed by Law. However, WOMA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to individuals it deems inappropriate, even with regard to the assessments of the Authoritỳ of Public Security.
- Obblighi di comportamento
Buyers/Participants are required to abide by these General Conditions, as well as the Location’s Regulations, as well as any additional rules that WOMA may deem necessary, including by reason of participation in specific activities. In addition, in order to access the Event and remain inside the Location, buyers/participants shall:
- behave in a manner consistent with public order and safety regulations and not pose a threat to the safety of the Event in general or to the visiting public;
- refrain from any behaviour that may generate dangerous situations and/or endanger the personal safety of buyers or third parties and/or any behaviour contrary to public order and/or morality and/or that may, in any way, disrupt the smooth running of the Event and the activities of WOMA, including but not limited to: promotional activities (individual or group); any form of advertising or marketing activities carried out by any means and not authorized by the competent offices of WOMA; any form of protest activities (including those related to political, associational, trade union or religious bodies); unauthorized transmission and/or recording of data, for commercial purposes, through cell phones or other instruments (cameras, cameras, recorders, etc.);
- comply with the instructions that will be provided by WOMA during the Event.
Violation of the above provisions will be considered by WOMA as a serious breach of its obligations by the buyer, who will be removed from the Event – resulting in the buyer’s compensatory liability for all damages, including image damages, that WOMA may suffer.
- Checks
Buyers/Participants, as an unavoidable condition for access to the Event, give their consent to security checks, possibly provided at the Location.
4. Cancellation – Rescheduling of the event
WOMA reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule the Event and/or events related thereto.
Buyers also acknowledge that certain unforeseeable circumstances beyond WOMA’s reasonable control and not attributable to it, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, floods, reasons of safety and public order, epidemics, pandemics, wars or military activities, explosions, government measures, riots, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts or any other similar cause, may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the dates and times of the Event.
In such cases, any liability of WOMA for any costs, charges, expenses, damages incurred in view of participation in the Event is excluded. Similarly, WOMA shall in no way be held liable for any cost, burden, expense, or damage incurred in anticipation of participation to the Event in the event that the buyer/partecipant, for reasons beyond WOMA’s control, does not attend the Event.
5. Footage, photographs and recordings
Buyers/Participants, by participating in the Event, gain access to a “venue open to the public”.
In this regard, WOMA informs that, through its own personnel and/or specifically appointed professionals, it may proceed to acquire photographic images and/or generic video footage, in order to document and promote by any means the Event (and, therefore, among other things, on its website, on its social channels, on related editorial products and on any other printed and digital information support) and that third parties previously authorized by WOMA will make audio/video recordings of the Event. By participating in the Event, buyers/participants agree to be photographed and/or filmed in a recognizable manner and acknowledge that such images and/or recordings be published and disseminated free of charge under the terms indicated above.
Buyers/Participants may refuse or withdraw their consent at any time in the following ways: (i) during participation in the Event, by requesting that their image not be filmed/reproduced; (ii) after any dissemination/publication, by requesting its removal at the following email address info@womaforum.com. In this case, the photos/videos will be removed as soon as possible and in any case within 3 working days of the request.
In any case, buyers/participants shall not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity whatsoever and may not make any claims for compensation for the use and dissemination of photos and/or videos containing their images.
The images and recordings will never be used in ways that could harm the reputation or decorum of the individuals concerned, nor transferred to third parties for harmful purposes.
Buyers/Participants also acknowledge that all areas outside and inside the Location, for security reasons, may be under video surveillance.
Images, videos and sound recordings made by buyers during the Event may not be used except for domestic and private purposes. Therefore, buyers/participants may not, inter alia, market, grant for use to third parties (free of charge or otherwise), broadcast, air, publish, or otherwise exploit such material without written authorisation from WOMA.
6. Damages and liability
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, WOMA is not liable for damages incurred by buyers due to circumstances beyond WOMA’s control, nor for damages caused by buyers/participants to third parties and/or their property. Save in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence, WOMA shall not be liable for any damages, losses or claims of any nature exceeding the amount paid for the ticket.
WOMA cannot be held liable for the consequences arising from the careless or negligent behaviour of buyers/participants; buyers are in any case required to observe the utmost diligence and prudence while participating in the Event.
Any incident involving buyers shall in any case be reported immediately to the supervisory staff for direct checks on the state of places and things and for the relevant documentary certifications; in any case, the failure of buyers to report immediately relieves WOMA of any possible liability to buyers. WOMA, moreover, cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable and/or indirect damages suffered by buyers who in any case waive any right to claim damages resulting from accidents or damages of any kind attributable to their presence during the Event.
7. Protection of personal data
Buyers’/Participants’ personal data, including any personal data provided at the time of access to the Event, will be processed by WOMA as Data Controller in accordance with the information provided by them pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR“), accessible on WOMA’s website https://womaforum.com/informativa-privacy/.

9. General provisions
- Entire Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions and any other document explicitly referred to in them, including the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between WOMA and the buyer/participant. They supersede all previous understandings, agreements, negotiations, contracts, verbal and/or written, that may have occurred between WOMA and the buyer/participant.
- Language
These General Conditions are written in two languages, Italian and English. In case of conflict between the two language versions, the version in Italian shall prevail.
- Assignment
WOMA may assign any of its rights or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions to any of its affiliates or to any company with which it partners to conduct business, which it acquires, or to which it is sold, including in the event of the transfer of a business or business unit.
- Waivers
No delay and/or omission in the exercise of any right or claim arising under these General Conditions shall constitute or be construed as a waiver of such or any other right or claim. Any waiver requires written form ad substantiam. Any waiver or manifestation of consent made on a particular occasion shall be effective only for that instance and shall not be construed as extinguishing or as waiving any right or claim on any other occasion.
- Amendments
WOMA reserves the right to amend the General Conditions at any time. A current copy of the General Conditions will be published within the website https://womaforum.com/, and will be effective immediately upon disclosure.
- Severabilty
In the event that one or more provisions of these General Conditions are declared invalid, void, or ineffective, in whole or in part, the invalidity, voidness, or ineffectiveness will affect only those provisions. The remaining clauses will therefore remain valid and effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The General Conditions are governed and construed in in accordance with Italian law.
If the buyer/participant qualifies as a consumer pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, any dispute controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or involving these General Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
In all other cases, any dispute controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or involving these General Conditions shall be exclusively settled by the Court of Milan.
